Position Overview
Attain Talent is seeking a Business Development Representative - Staffing Solutions with a proven track record in selling staffing, recruitment, or talent placement services.
In this role, you will identify and build relationships with businesses that can benefit from our recruiting solutions. You’ll spend your time prospecting, making introductory calls, visiting client sites, and delivering impactful presentations. This is a relationship-driven sales role where success comes from persistence, creativity, and collaboration with our recruiting team to deliver exceptional talent solutions.
