Legal Consultant - Commercial Contracts (Part-time)

We are currently seeking Legal Consultant - Commercial Contracts (Part-time) to support our F500 clients:

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance on commercial matters, including contract negotiation, drafting, and review.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, service agreements, licensing agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify legal risks and considerations in commercial transactions.

Qualifications:

• 2 + PQE in Commercial Contracts, preferably with a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Experienced in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing commercial contracts.
