We are looking for an empathetic and results-driven Account Executive to play a crucial role in our company's growth within the United States' public safety market. This pivotal role is centered on expanding our influence and capturing new relationships within the PSAP (Public Safety Answering Points) market, aiming to dramatically increase our revenue and client base. This position is tailored for a strategic thinker with a robust sales background, eager to make a meaningful impact on our growth and the safety of communities. This is a fully remote Field Account Executive position based in the Central Region of the United States. This role requires > 50% travel within an assigned land-and-expand territory spanning multiple states across the Central Region.

Axon offers a comprehensive total compensation package:
The base salary for this role is between $120,000 - $150,000, with $280,000 - $300,000 in on-target earnings at 100% quota attainment and uncapped commission. Our compensation plan is intentionally designed for attainability while rewarding exceptional performance above goal. Earnings accelerate significantly beyond quota, with commission multipliers of 2.5x from 101–125%, 3.5x from 126–150%, and 4x at 151%+, providing meaningful upside for top performers. We also offer additional incentive opportunities designed to further reward exceptional performance.
