Your Impact
The Professional Services Manager plays a pivotal role in both pre-sale and post-sale activities, ensuring the seamless adoption and implementation of Axon Enterprise’s cutting-edge products and solutions. This role involves collaborating with technology decision-makers and program managers to enhance workflows, efficiencies, and training capabilities through Axon’s digital evidence management systems, body-worn cameras, Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, and Professional Services Packages. Acting as a Trusted Advisor, the Professional Services Manager supports customers in maximizing the potential of Axon’s technologies to transform their operations.

Location: Remote in the United States
Travel: Up to 75% travel to customer locations domestically
Reports to: Manager, Professional Services

| The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 66,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 105,600 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
