Role Overview
The Project & Growth Manager, Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) is a revenue-impact role responsible for accelerating Axon’s growth in key local markets by converting strategic initiatives into pipeline, bookings, and long-term expansion. You will drive cross-functional programs that remove barriers to purchase (pricing, compliance, sustainability requirements in tenders, direct award pathways, and EU funding options), while also owning high-quality lead qualification, disciplined pipeline management, and actionable market intelligence.
You will also help create demand and deepen customer confidence through Innovation Centres and structured partner enablement, ensuring Axon’s solutions align with local workflows and procurement realities.
