En tant que Technical Account Manager intégré chez Dedrone, une société du groupe Axon, vous serez le principal représentant technique de Dedrone au sein de l'un des programmes Counter-UAS les plus stratégiques d'Europe.
Vous serez le point de contact technique principal du client en France, en développant un partenariat stratégique sur le long terme et en garantissant que les solutions Dedrone répondent pleinement aux objectifs opérationnels du client pour protéger les personnes, les opérations de sécurité publique et les infrastructures critiques face à la menace des drones.
Vous apporterez votre expertise technique, assurerez le pilotage opérationnel quotidien et représenterez les intérêts du client afin de permettre aux différentes parties prenantes d'atteindre leurs objectifs de mission grâce à DedroneTracker.AI, aux capteurs RF, aux radars et aux systèmes de caméras électro-optiques / infrarouges (EO/IR).
En collaboration avec les équipes Professional Services, Sales Engineering, Product Management et R&D de Dedrone, vous identifierez les besoins et les défis du client afin d'influencer les évolutions produits et les projets internes.
À la fois consultant, expert produit et ingénieur terrain, vous accompagnerez le client dans l'optimisation de ses opérations quotidiennes, la disponibilité de son parc installé et l'adoption des nouvelles fonctionnalités au fur et à mesure de leur mise à disposition.
Votre expertise contribuera directement à la mission d'Axon et de Dedrone : protéger des vies, établir la vérité et accélérer la justice grâce à des technologies innovantes.
