We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer II to play a pivotal role in building and advancing Axon’s Corporate Data Platform — a best-in-class, cloud-native data warehouse that serves as the foundation for enterprise reporting, business self-service analytics, and our growing Connected Intelligence initiatives. In this hands-on senior individual contributor role, you will design, implement, and optimize modern data solutions across Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Elementary, Sigma, and the broader data engineering ecosystem.
You’ll serve as a technical anchor for the team, helping shape platform architecture, raise engineering standards, and build trusted, AI-ready data infrastructure that drives business decisions across Axon. This role offers significant influence, visibility, and career growth for a senior engineer who wants to deepen their technical leadership while helping define what modern data engineering looks like at scale.
Location: This role follows a hybrid schedule and is based out of one of our U.S. office hubs. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
