As a SEO Manager on the Performance Marketing team you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting our SEO efforts for the US marketing operation.
You will work with a team of individuals to across multiple departments and ongoing work streams to drive best-in-class organic search results. You will act as the central liaison between the Organic, Sports Betting News, Marketing Content, and Technical teams, fostering seamless collaboration with Content, Development, Outreach, and Paid Marketing to drive sustained organic growth.
The salary range for this is $85,000 to $120,000 annually.

- Competence with key web and analytics tools (e.g.Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs and Sitebulb.).
- Experience lead and developing a team of direct reports.
- Demonstrated track record of driving business results through organic optimizations across multiple languages and markets.
- Confident in technical SEO, in particular indexing, crawling and core web vitals methodology. Ability to challenge the data and track key metrics to drive performance and business decisions.
- Awareness of the concepts of Semantic Search and Entity Oriented Search.
- Strong level of mathematics, with experience of analyzing numerical data, statistics and presenting/visualizing the data to the Business (Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio).
- Knowledge in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Python is desired but not essential.
- Developing and implementing link building strategies.
- Experience in news-based content creation and News SEO is desired.
- Strong past track record in gaining featured snippets in Google SERPs
- Extensive demonstrable SEO experience and experience in ASO.
- Implementing and developing SEO strategies.
- Optimizing content regularly on the website.
- Monitoring the algorithms set by the search engines to keep up to date with changes.
- Assisting with the delivery of SEO audits across bet365’s Sport, Gaming, News and Content sites across all TLDs.
- Completing technical audits, analyzing search and crawl data and see through resulting actions and insight until completion.
- Performing keyword and topic research with an organic focus, combining the data with the pre-existing paid data and existing content available to feed into relevant teams.
- Combining competitor analysis with query data from leading partners to refine our strategy on an ongoing basis.
- Working with the content team through structured data opportunities and ensuring relevant content is being displayed for queries. Working to improve content for high volume queries, which are missing key content delivery.
- Project managing key SEO projects and updating senior management on the progression/results.
- Analyzing data and results to identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI.
