Responsibilities

- Proactively acquire and onboard new customers, with ownership of your own target

- Build trust and develop strong relationships with global institutional and VIP clients.

- Maintain valuable communication with customers, understand their needs, and track their status and progress.

- Work with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions.

- Brainstorm new methods of client acquisition using data-driven insights and learnings from experience.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in sales/marketing/finance 

Strong proactive headhunter mindset with the ability to identify, engage, and build relationships with high-potential prospects

Understanding of sales roles, sales targets, and prior sales experience. Experience at an online brokerage firm or financial institution is highly desirable.

Willingness to take on targets from day one and deliver results.

Ability to receive feedback constructively and adapt your approach when guided.

Strong communication skills, client management ability, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
