Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end user growth strategy, from acquisition to activation, conversion, and retention.
- Design and optimize growth funnels, with a strong focus on first deposit / first key action conversion and reducing user drop-off.
- Use existing marketing channels (affiliate, KOL, paid, social, community, partnerships) to maximize growth impact — focusing on efficiency and ROI, not channel expansion.
- Work closely with product teams to translate user insights and data into product iteration, UX improvements, and feature prioritization.
- Drive localized growth strategies for EU or LATAM, adapting global approaches to local user behavior and market conditions.
- Balance BAU execution (launching and optimizing current products) with long-term growth planning, anticipating future user needs and shaping product direction.
- Partner with central marketing, regional marketing, BD, data, and operations teams to ensure aligned execution and measurable outcomes.
- Conduct tactical and strategic analysis to guide decision-making, resource allocation, and prioritization.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in user growth, growth strategy, product marketing, or growth operations, ideally in fintech, payments, or consumer tech.
- Proven experience driving data-informed user growth, beyond campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of growth models used by leading internet companies (e.g. Revolut, Uber, TikTok).
- Experience working across EU and/or LATAM markets; LATAM experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to connect marketing insights with product design and iteration.
- Strong business and analytical mindset; comfortable making trade-offs and setting priorities.
- Crypto experience is a plus, but not required — curiosity and learning ability matter more.
