As Technical Talent Partner, Engineering (China), you will focus on hands-on execution for China-based technical hiring.
You will spend most of your time sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates. This role is for recruiters who enjoy being close to the market and owning outcomes directly.
Success is measured by delivery, quality, and consistency.
Own the full recruitment lifecycle for China-based engineering roles.
Source candidates through direct outreach and relationship-based channels (脉脉, LinkedIn China, GitHub, referrals, engineering communities).
Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and unblock decisions.
Screen candidates for technical fundamentals, execution ability, and growth mindset.
Coordinate interviews and feedback loops efficiently.
Maintain accurate ATS records and pipeline reporting.
Support a fast-moving hiring process in a competitive talent market.
Solid experience in full-cycle technical recruiting in China.
Ability to manage multiple technical searches simultaneously.
Experience hiring engineers, data, or product roles.
Strong understanding of technical profiles and interview signal.
Fluent Mandarin; working English required.
Comfortable with ATS tools and recruiting metrics.
High ownership, speed, and follow-through.
(Industry background is flexible; tech and product hiring experience is preferred.)
