Job Description & Internship Goal
We are looking for an enthusiastic and curious student to join our eBike Engineering team for a 4-month Curricular Internship.
The main objective of this internship is to enhance your technical competences and provide robust practical experience in a real-world, high-tech industrial environment. You will be fully integrated into our agile development team, receiving direct mentorship from experienced software and test engineers. Through hands-on involvement in active eBike projects (such as display units, remote units, and controller systems), you will bridge the gap between academic theory and industry-grade engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
During your 4-month journey, you will:
- Support Software & Quality Assurance: Assist in testing activities, manual and automated validation of eBike system components, and embedded software behavior.
- Contribute to Test Frameworks: Help write, run, and optimize test scripts (e.g., using Python or C/C++) to improve software reliability and performance.
- Analyze Requirements: Review technical specifications and software requirements to understand system behavior and define relevant test cases.
- Document and Report: Keep structured logs of test results, identify system bugs, and assist in technical - Collaborate in an Agile Environment: Participate in daily stand-ups and agile sync meetings, experiencing firsthand how global development teams coordinate resources and hit milestones.
What distinguishes you:
To make the most of this practical experience, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
Academic Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
Core Competencies:
• Basic programming logic and experience with languages like C/C++ or Python.
• Familiarity with basic software development principles or testing methodologies.
• Interest in smart mobility, IoT, and embedded systems.
Soft Skills:
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and highly motivated to learn new tools and frameworks.
• Strong collaborative spirit and ability to work in team environments.
Languages: Good communication skills in English (written and spoken) as you will interact with international teams.
