Your contribution to something big:
- Support the development and maintenance of digital content for learning and knowledge-sharing initiatives;
- Ensure the structured and consistent organization and maintenance of documents, databases, and relevant information;
- Assist in project coordination by monitoring tasks, deadlines, and progress;
- Provide support in the use of digital collaboration, communication, and project management tools;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes while also providing administrative support to the team’s activities.
What distinguishes you:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field;
- Interest in Learning & Development, organizational learning, and knowledge management topics;
- Familiarity with digital and Artificial Intelligence tools for content creation;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Well-organized and structured, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively;
- Proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
