βΊ Managing and following up on cases for various factories/divisions (GBs) and countries within the EMEA region
βΊ Communicating with factories/divisions (GBs) and Sales departments to ensure the execution of lawful foreign trade (FT) export operations
βΊ Preparing files and monitoring automated tasks for the follow-up service
βΊ Organizing the group mailbox and managing ESM (Enterprise Service Management) tickets
βΊ Final-year student or university graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Law, or a related field
βΊ Strong communication skills, motivation, proactivity, and reliability
βΊ Customer-oriented mindset with strong service ethics
βΊ Friendly, flexible personality with telephone communication experience
βΊ Ability to work effectively in a team environment
βΊ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
βΊ Good command of English
