Internship in Human Resource

Task & Responsibilities:

• Support C/HRR on overall country HR topics, including but not limited to Learning & Development, Employer Branding, and Talent Acquisition.

• Assist in creating engaging media content for recruitment, HR events, and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. This includes developing written content, sourcing compelling visuals, and ensuring alignment with C/HRR’s overall communication strategy.

• Plan and actively participate in the execution of HR engagement activities.

• Assist with survey preparation and analysis.

Project Involvement:

• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement.

• Support HR policy research and development.

• Bachelor in HR, Mass Communication, or other related fields.
• Strong communication in English (Spoken & Written).
• Proficiency in design & editing tools (e.g., Canva).
• Ability to create creative contents & visuals.
• Good analytical skills & basic proficiency in Excel.
• Compulsory internship duration at least 4 months (please indicate your internship period in resume).
• Ability to start in January 2027.
