We’re hiring a Junior Sales Executive (2+ years experience) to drive lead generation and new customer acquisition for Bosch partner IoT products and solutions (devices + platform + services). You’ll focus on approaching new customers, opening doors, qualifying needs, and supporting the sales manager to move opportunities toward closure across sectors like logistics, ports, customs, transportation, and enterprise.
What you’ll do
- Identify target accounts and approach new customers through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, and field visits
- Book and lead initial meetings to understand customer needs and qualify opportunities
- Present the solution value proposition and support product demos with the team
- Follow up consistently with prospects and stakeholders to progress opportunities
- Support pilots/PoCs coordination with operations to help convert trials into deals
- Assist in preparing commercial offers (pricing packages, quotations) and handle customer questions
- Attend client meetings, events, and site visits to build relationships and generate opportunities
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years experience in B2B sales / business development (tech/IoT is a strong plus)
- Strong lead generation skills and confidence in cold outreach and objection handling
- Clear communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- English required (Arabic is a plus); willingness to travel as needed
Nice to have
- Experience selling into logistics, ports, customs, transportation, or industrial/enterprise accounts
- Familiarity with IoT basics (connectivity, sensors, tracking, dashboards)
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with logistics service providers
- Confident and professional manner when interacting with internal teams and external partners
- Mobility and flexibility to work across different time zones, including weekends as needed
- Willingness and ability to travel during working hours
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and openness to working with diverse international teams
- Autonomous and able to work independently with minimal supervision
