Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic young professional to join our team as Marketing Assistant . In this role, you will supporting the marketing and sales teams in their day-to-day activities and ad-hoc projects.

• Support coordination and follow‑up of marketing projects such as roadshows, exhibitions, and customer events.
• Coordinate new product launch activities, ensuring readiness across materials, communication, and reporting.
• Maintain close collaboration with the sales team, capturing market needs, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
• Conduct market research and trade competition analysis.
• Maintain and update Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Create product catalogues, leaflets, and trade marketing materials.
• Translate and adapt content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and local relevance.
• Update and maintain website and internal portals.
• Ensure brand consistency in line with Bosch corporate guidelines.

What distinguishes you:

• Academic background in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or similar fields  
• 1-3 years of relevant experience ideally in an international environment
• Strong intertest in trade marketing
• Comfortable working with data
• Fluency in Greek & English
• Computer literacy with advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills with teamwork spirit
• High motivated and outgoing personality with a pro-active attitude
