Senior Project Manager (f/m/div.)

Your contribution to something big:

We are looking for a project manager to steer our gas water heater projects, in close alignment with our EMEA strategy of defending market position. Working together with R&D, purchasing, manufacturing and quality, you will lead the introduction of new products from product creation phase to successful market launch:

• Lead Projects of final products to be sold to end-customers.
• Coordinate the work of a project team in close collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Quality departments.
• Ensure that the developed solutions meet Bosch Home Comfort's stringent quality standards and seamlessly integrate with the existing portfolio.
• Take full ownership of the project lifecycle- from initial concept and development to production ramp-up and market launch.
• Drive critical project decisions while ensuring strict adherence to timelines, target costs, and technical specifications.
• Communicate project progress and key milestones effectively to stakeholders at all organizational levels.

 

What distinguishes you: 

Education:

• University degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical/management field.

Experience:

• 5-10 years of professional experience in new developments projects.
• 3-5 years of proven professional experience in managing complex projects.
• Strong experience working within Time-to-Market (TTM) processes and managing product development life cycles.

Know how:

• Deep understanding of project scheduling, target costing, and technical product validation.
• Skills in Project Management methodologies, including stakeholder management and risk management
• Good knowledge of supplier management and production procedures and Make & Buy strategies.
• Good knowledge and application of Microsoft Excel and Project.
• Know-how on Waterfall and Agile for Hardware development is a valuable advantage.

Languages:

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).

Working Style and Methods:

• A highly organized, goal-oriented, and structured approach to project management.
• Quick grasp of complex new topics and a proactive mindset in resolving bottlenecks.

Personality:

• A resilient, assertive leader with a strong ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of interfacing confidently across various hierarchical levels.
