Boulevard is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to lead our marketing infrastructure, automation ecosystem, and AI-enabled growth operations.
This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Data, owning the systems, processes, and insights that connect marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, and customer lifecycle outcomes.
We're looking for a strategic operator who combines deep marketing operations expertise with a passion for leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency, accelerate execution, and drive measurable business impact.
Marketing at Boulevard plays a critical role across the customer journey. This leader will help build the systems, automation, and operational foundation that enable our teams to scale efficiently, make smarter decisions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
At Boulevard, we work hard to structure compensation in a way that balances internal equity with local market competitiveness, and we’re happy to share a good-faith estimate of the base salary range for this role. For candidates in NYC, the SF Bay Area, and Seattle, the anticipated base salary range is $155,700 - $194,600 per year. For all other U.S. locations, the anticipated base salary range is $138,300 - $190,200 per year. In addition to this base compensation, this role may be eligible to participate in a variable compensation program. Final compensation will vary based on a variety of factors which include but are not limited to applicable experience, location, and final leveling.
