In This Role
In this role, you will work directly with regional and global partners to help them strengthen their Modern Work, Copilot, and AI solution capabilities. You will guide partners through practice development, solution validation, and early-stage deployments by providing technical coaching, architectural recommendations, and operational support. You will run multiple 3-month partner engagements at once, ensuring partners are equipped to build high-quality Copilot agents, modernize their services, and deliver successful customer outcomes.
You will follow structured playbooks and operational processes to maintain consistency across engagements while adapting to the specific needs of each product area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys enabling others, coaching new AI and productivity technologies, and driving capability-building across a partner ecosystem.

Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $110,000 to $120,000 USD annually. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
