In This Role

In this role, you will support enterprise risk management and organizational change management initiatives for a large-scale cloud infrastructure and EPC environment. You will partner with risk management stakeholders to assess current-state processes, develop future-state recommendations, support governance and reporting improvements, and help drive adoption of integrated risk management practices across a global, matrixed organization.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The consultant will support risk strategy, process transformation, stakeholder alignment, training readiness, executive reporting, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and translating complex or ambiguous information into clear, actionable deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of enterprise-wide risk management strategy across EPC and infrastructure-related programs.
• Conduct current-state and future-state assessments across risk processes, tooling, governance structures, reporting practices, and stakeholder workflows.
• Identify gaps in risk identification, assessment, mitigation, escalation, and reporting processes, and recommend scalable improvement solutions.
• Develop process documentation, future-state process maps, governance models, transformation roadmaps, and executive-ready presentations.
• Support organizational change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications, onboarding, and training readiness.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment discussions, workshops, and working sessions across regional and cross-functional teams.
• Support training rollout activities, including scheduling sessions, capturing feedback, tracking adoption readiness, and coordinating with stakeholder groups.
• Analyze risk data across projects, regions, and portfolios to identify trends, escalation points, root causes, and potential business impacts.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, executive reporting materials, and risk analytics to support leadership decision-making.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting on risk metrics, mitigation activities, governance progress, and program execution status.
• Support the establishment of risk management rhythm-of-business processes, governance cadence, and escalation frameworks.
• Lead or support weekly status reviews, two-week look-ahead planning, and program execution tracking.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align risk management goals, transformation priorities, and operational readiness milestones.
• Operate independently in a fast-paced, complex, and highly matrixed environment while maintaining strong communication and follow-through.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, risk governance, program management, business transformation, or related roles.
• Strong experience with enterprise risk management frameworks, governance models, risk registers, risk mitigation, escalation management, and executive risk reporting.
• 3+ years of experience supporting organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, training programs, communications, or adoption initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, Power BI reporting, dashboard development, executive reporting, or risk trend analysis.
• Experience conducting current-state and future-state assessments, gap analysis, process improvement, and transformation planning.
• Ability to synthesize ambiguous or limited information into clear recommendations, insights, and executive-ready deliverables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with risk reporting, trend analysis, root cause analysis, and business impact assessment.
• Proven ability to work with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in a large, global, matrixed organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder influence abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting EPC, construction, infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, data center, or large-scale capital project environments.
• Experience with enterprise transformation, operational excellence, process optimization, or governance improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with risk appetite models, risk tolerance frameworks, governance reporting structures, and compliance-driven environments.
• Experience with tools such as SAP risk management tools, Primavera P6, Omega tools, or similar risk/project management platforms.
• Certifications such as PMI-RMP, AACE, Prosci, ACMP, PMP, or equivalent are preferred.
• Experience developing or supporting training strategies for large organizations or stakeholder groups.
• Prior experience creating executive-level dashboards, leadership presentations, and risk management reporting packages.

Salary Range

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $80,000– $85000 per annum. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
