Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) organization in India. The role will lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives while collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership across India and US.
The ideal candidate brings 10–15 years of technology and project management experience, broad exposure across enterprise infrastructure, cloud, security, application transformation, software development, and emerging technologies, and proven experience leading onshore and offshore teams.The role also requires strong engagement with U.S.-based executive leadership and key stakeholders, along with experience building and adjusting project management systems and architecture to support evolving organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple small, medium, and large-scale complex technology projects, from planning through implementation and closure.
- Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, governance, and status reporting.
- Coordinate delivery across infrastructure, Information Security, EUC, Desktop Engineering, cloud, application transformation, software development, and emerging technologies.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, changes, and dependencies while ensuring delivery remains aligned with business objectives.
- Build, adjust, and improve project management systems and support architecture to meet evolving organizational and delivery needs.
- Optimize project workflows, governance, dashboards, reporting, and tracking while supporting PMO standards and continuous improvement.
- Lead and coordinate onshore and offshore technical teams and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, project sponsors, and U.S.-based executive leadership.
- Provide clear project and executive-level communication on status, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
- Coordinate project resources, budgets, forecasts, priorities, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Manage vendors and implementation partners, ensuring deliverables, commitments, risks, and milestones are effectively tracked.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 10–15 years of technical project management or enterprise technology delivery experience, with proven end-to-end delivery of complex projects.
- Strong technical experience and/or exposure across Windows, Information Security, EUC, Desktop
- Strong experience with project management tools, including Monday.com and the Microsoft office Suite.
- Engineering, Microsoft Azure, emerging AI technologies, application transformation, and software development.
- Experience building and adjusting project management systems and architecture, including workflows, governance, and reporting.
- Strong experience in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource coordination, risk management, governance, and executive reporting.
- Demonstrated success leading onshore and offshore teams, with strong cross-regional collaboration and engagement with U.S.-based executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively across global teams and accommodate flexible working hours based on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification preferred, with experience in established PMO environments and waterfall, agile, hybrid, or adaptive delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing enterprise infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, application transformation, software development, and emerging technology initiatives.
- Experience managing third-party vendors, implementation partners, and globally distributed teams.
- Experience with CPA/Professional Services firms, Big Four organizations, or major technology service providers such as Capgemini, Accenture, DXC Technology, IBM, or similar organizations is a strong advantage.
