We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead to be a foundational member of our brand-new Activation engineering team. This is a unique, high-impact opportunity to grow a new product line from the ground up, one that will be central to our company's growth.
You will be a founding technical pillar for a link shortening, QR code, and landing pages platform similar in scope to other industry leaders. You will act as a key hands-on builder and a strategic partner to Product and Design, translating ambitious ideas and complex designs into beautiful, intuitive, and delightful user experiences.
This role requires a leader who can balance technical excellence with pragmatic decision-making, driving continuous value for our customers. If you are a hands-on leader who loves the challenge of building new systems and mentoring a talented team, this is the perfect role for you.
Rapid, Iterative Delivery: A strong bias for action and a pragmatic 'get it done' mindset, with experience leading a team in a rapid, iterative environment focused on shipping customer value early and often (e.g., POCs, MVPs).
This role will be based at our Austin, TX office and is 100% remote. This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship.
In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in Austin, TX, is $152,000 - $198,000.Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Austin, TX only. Compensation for candidates outside of Austin, TX will be based on the candidateβs specific work location. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above.
The salary range provided represents base compensation and does not include potential equity, which is available for qualifying positions.
