- Build, lead, and grow the SEO team
- Manage the SEO budget, including tooling, content, link building, and external partners
- Define the technical SEO roadmap (site speed, crawlability, indexing, schema, hreflang, international architecture)
- Lead content-driven SEO strategy across markets, including localization and editorial planning
- Develop our AI search strategy: LLM visibility, AI Overviews, structured data for generative engines, and emerging discovery channels
- Build and oversee link building and digital PR, with a focus on international authority
- Drive on-page SEO standards across product, collection, and content pages
–Partner with Product, Content, Brand, and Performance Marketing to align SEO with broader growth goals
- Report on performance to leadership, tying SEO outputs to revenue and market share
- Stay ahead of algorithm changes, AI search evolution, and ecommerce SEO best practices
- 6+ years in SEO, with at least 2 in a senior or lead role at a DTC ecommerce brand or similar
- Proven track record scaling organic traffic and revenue internationally, ideally across multiple markets and languages
- Experience managing or building SEO teams and external partners (agencies, freelancers, PR)
- Strong commercial mindset, comfortable owning a budget and reporting to leadership
- Deep technical SEO expertise: site architecture, Core Web Vitals, crawl optimization, indexing, schema, hreflang, JS rendering
- Strong on-page and content SEO foundations, including editorial and localization workflows
- Off-site and digital PR experience, with a network or proven playbook for link acquisition
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and multi-store setups is a strong plus
- Forward-thinking view on AI and generative search, with ideas on how brands win in this new landscape
- Fluent with GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, and BigQuery (a plus)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
SALARY:starting at 5000 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
