The Business Operations Specialist facilitates enterprise client onboarding/off-boarding, transaction data collection, and other operational enterprise client management activities. Assists with restaurant location onboarding/off-boarding and researches and resolves issues related to receivables and costs in compliance with contractual terms. Provides support for monthly invoicing and payable activities. These are mission critical activities that have direct impact on revenue and customer satisfaction.

Your impact:
- Coordinates enterprise post-contract activities to ensure all data driving the monthly accounts payable process is correctly uploaded into necessary systems; updates systems as needed due to changes in client contact information and/or in the event of a client termination.
- Assists Restaurant Channel Manager with restaurant onboarding and offboarding; posts contract activities ensuring accuracy of data driving monthly accounts receivable processes is updated as needed; ensures system is updated for restaurant terminations to stop processing of transactions and accounts receivables.
- Obtains and processes information which drives the search in the Company’s web and mobile applications.
- Interacts with external companies to ensure timely delivery of transactional activity reports; works with data ingestion team to ensure information is loaded in a timely manner.
- Assists in determining which transactions are included in the receivable/payable process based on contractual arrangements and provides monthly QA on Restaurant and Client Rebates report(s) for accounts receivable/payable.
- Completes research to provide data-driven answers to customer questions.
About you:
- Communication: Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate in a professional and clear manner when interacting with employees, vendors, clients and other company contacts; ability to present contract and billing information clearly and concisely to audiences with varying levels of contract/financial comprehension.
- Technical: Intermediate to advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software packages.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, hospitality or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred and a minimum three (3) + years of directly related experience or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Minimal travel, projected up to 4 times per year
