Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who will bridge business priorities with data science capabilities, guiding the development, deployment, and scaling of models that deliver measurable business impact. This role combines strong product owner agile leadership with an understanding of machine learning, predictive modeling, and applied data science.

Your Impact:

Product Ownership & Strategy

• Help our AI product team define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data science and modeling across the company.
• Build and manage a team’s backlog, directing product lifecycles from concept through deployment and enhancements.
• Help team break large initiatives down into functional - but incremental - release milestones.
• Define business cases and success metrics to drive effective backlog prioritization and track team’s measurable impact toward roadmap goals

AI & Data Science Leadership

• Partner with data scientists to validate, test, and monitor models for performance, fairness, and business impact.
• Ensure the scalable deployment of models into production environments.
• Understand when AI tooling and agentic workflows are appropriate to power features

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as the primary liaison between data science, engineering, product, and executive stakeholders for your team’s deliverables.
• Collaborate with data scientists and internal team stakeholders to ensure clarity of goals, resourcing, and technical feasibility.
• Setup your team’s releases for success: by training employees to use and navigate new products adeptly, and by directing marketing and release content to promote value and expand adoption rates of new features.

Customer & Market Insight

• Conduct research with internal and external stakeholders to understand decision-making workflows and data-driven opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends, modeling techniques, and competitor approaches to ensure a leading-edge data science strategy.
• Use insights from model performance and business impact to refine the ai & data science roadmap.

About you:

• 3+ years in Product Management
• 1+ year working with AI or Data Science projects
• Experience managing the lifecycle of a customer-facing product or platform feature
• Proven success launching and optimizing high-impact messaging or communications products
• Strong product thinking, with the ability to define vision and translate ideas into actionable execution
• Strong analytical mindset, with experience interpreting engagement data and user behavior
• Comfort collaborating across engineering, design, marketing, and data science

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating with APIs, automation tools, or machine learning models
• Knowledge of the restaurant or foodservice industry
• Understanding of SQL or Python for basic reporting or exploration
