We're looking for a Creative Strategist to build and run the growth creative engine for Poland. You'll be the person responsible for turning our paid spend into compounding growth through creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and our broader channel mix.

About the role

As the Creative Strategist, you'll sit at the heart of the performance creative engine behind our paid marketing in the local market. You'll own research, ideation, briefing, creator management, content evaluation, and creative analysis. You'll lead a pod that ships a modern, creator-first creative strategy across our key channels - running weekly sprint cycles, thinking at the concept level, and held to a world-class bar on both creative and performance.

To be successful in this role you must deeply understand the modern narrative formats of these channels, balance the art and science of creative and guide a small team where you will be very hands on. We take an iterative approach that is grounded in empathy and qualitative understanding of our market and customers as well as the metrics.

As part of this role, you will report to our Poland Marketing Lead and work collaboratively with the rest of the marketing team focused on brand campaigns, lifecycle and partnerships for example. You will help raise the bar in social content across the team.

What you’d be doing in this role

🧠 Own the end-to-end creative strategy and process

You'll lead the full creative cycle across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels. That means research, briefing, production, and performance review. You'll run sprint cycles with your pod, balancing quick-win iterations with bigger creative swings. Every sprint should build on the last and you bring insights to the broader creative team.

📊 Analyse and optimise creative performance

Dig into dashboards to spot what's winning, what's fatiguing, and why. Using cohort analysis uncover areas that work including but not limited to hooks, formats, messaging, creators and production sources. Feed those learnings directly back into the next sprint and strategy to keep the creative flywheel spinning.

🎥 Lead video editors, creators, and creative talent

Direct and collaborate with video editors, designers and writers to produce great work across formats. That includes short-form social, YouTube creative, creators, and any another paid assets. You'll brief and review creator content, build a network of local talent, and make sure everything is on brand, but built for the platform it's going on.

🤝 Partner with media buying and analytics

You'll work in lockstep with media buyers and our data science team. You need to understand how media buying influences creative success, and help the analytical side of the team understand the thinking behind creative decisions. This is about balancing the art and science of creative together.

👑 Champion the Polish market

You'll be the team's expert on the Polish market and cultural trends. Surface the cultural nuances, regional platform behaviours and translate that into creative that lands. As we scale across the EMEA region, you'll collaborate with creative strategists working on adjacent markets and partner closely with the broader marketing team across the entire funnel.

🤖 Accelerate workflows with AI and modern tools

Use AI tools to speed up ideation, research, asset generation, and analysis. Generate minimum viable concepts for prototypes and stay across emerging platforms, ad formats, and creative tech that give the team an edge.

🔄 Support conversion across the funnel

Drive CRO initiatives in partnership with our paid media expert to make acquisition journeys engaging and high converting. Your creative work should drive results across the full funnel, from awareness through to activation and retention.

You’re probably a match if you have:

• You have solid experience in growth or performance marketing with a focus on creative strategy. You've worked hands on across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube creative.

• Experience guiding creative talent. Video editors, designers, writers, or creators and coaching them to do great, performance-driven work.

• A track record of partnering with media buying and analytics teams. You understand how both sides work and can bridge the gap between data and creative.

• Confidence using creative analytics tools and performance dashboards to inform decisions and optimise creative at scale.

• Strong creative instinct and pattern recognition. You know what makes a hook compelling, a format scroll-stopping, and a concept scalable across channels.

• Fluent Polish and excellent English, with a sharp eye for tone, nuance, and cultural resonance in creative work.

• Experience creating for the Polish market is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate workflows and improve output quality

• A portfolio of creative concepts you've personally shipped on Meta, TikTok, or YouTube. Walk us through the hook, the format, the result, and what you learned. We care about concept level thinking, not just one off ads.

• Full proficiency in English and Polish (native or fluent Polish speaking and writing required).
