About the team
The Print Customer Experience team sits within Print Operations at Canva and is responsible for the end-to-end relationship with Canva's global network of print service providers. The team ensures that print fulfilment runs smoothly — managing partner communications, operational reporting, and quality oversight so that customers receive their printed products reliably and at scale. It's a fast-moving, detail-oriented team that keeps a lot of plates spinning and takes pride in keeping things running like clockwork.
