This role focuses on using advanced analytics to solve strategic business problems that drive profitable growth. Understand the business processes and data landscape of specific teams or segments. Help design, test, and implement analytical solutions (e.g., models, dashboards, strategies).
Location: México and Colombia
💻 Key tech & data skills:
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
• Strong expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
• Ability to turn data into business recommendations and visual storytelling.
🔍 What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business research, analytics, or related fields.
• Insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Statistics, or related fields).
• Passion for innovation and a user-centered mindset.
