As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within Cardata’s customer base. You will own the commercial relationship with newly acquired customers as they transition from the Sales (Hunting) team into long-term account management. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers to identify opportunities for expansion, including cross-sell, up-sell, and increased product adoption, and ensure customers realize full value from Cardata’s solutions.
This role requires strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of customer relationship management, the ability to run structured sales processes, and comfort working cross-functionally across Revenue, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams. You will leverage tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, and other sales technologies to manage pipeline, forecast, and execute on account growth strategies.

Compensation:
In line with Ontario’s Pay Transparency legislation, the expected base compensation for this role is $80,000–$90,000 CAD annually. In addition, this role is eligible for target variable incentives of $10,000–$60,000 CAD, with actual earnings dependent on experience, skills, and performance.This is a vacant position, and we are hiring with intention and seeking someone who will bring new perspective, contribute meaningfully to the team, and grow with the organization.
