National Workforce Development Training Specialist

At Career TEAM, we’re looking for an experienced Training Specialist who brings both strategy, skill, and heart — someone who can lead with empathy, think analytically, and drive innovation across our workforce operations. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll help shape the employee experience and streamline training procedures.
The Role
Reporting directly to our Corporate Manager of Quality & Training, you’ll be a trusted partner to train staff all across the United States. The Corporate Training Specialist provides training and guidance to local operational staff (job-specific skills training, eligibility/enrollment training, procedure training, approval training, corrections training, etc.) and is responsible to ensure all corporate training systems are utilized and adhered to. This role is primarily remote, with periodic travel to our local offices across the country.
