We are looking for an experienced DevOps Strategy & Culture Lead to drive the evolution and maturity of DevOps practices across our organization and client environments. You will define and lead the DevOps strategy aligned with business goals, driving cultural transformation and DevOps maturity across teams. The role involves assessing current capabilities, building clear improvement roadmaps, providing architectural and technical guidance on cloud and platform practices, and partnering with executive stakeholders to turn business needs into DevOps initiatives.
Required Skills
• Proven experience implementing DevOps culture in enterprise environments with measurable maturity improvements.
• Leadership or mentorship experience within DevOps or platform teams.
• Deep expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP);
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, etc.);
• Solid knowledge of container orchestration and health management;
• Strong understanding of modern delivery practices (CI/CD, GitOps, automated testing, progressive delivery);
• Experience with platform architecture, microservices, and cloud-native design principles;
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, or Java);
• Knowledge of observability tools, SLO/SLA frameworks, and reliability engineering principles.
Nice to Have
• Experience designing and operating Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs).
• Familiarity with DevOps maturity frameworks (DORA, CALMS, DevOps Maturity Models).
• Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, CKA, or similar).
• Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices (SAST, DAST, policy-as-code).
• Familiarity with service mesh, API gateways, and platform engineering concepts.
• Experience working with Agile or SAFe frameworks.
• Consulting or client-facing advisory background.
• Community involvement (talks, publications, open-source contributions).
• Fluent English with strong communication and executive-level presentation skills.
