As a System Architect, you will be the technical visionary responsible for designing, defining, and governing the high-level structure of our enterprise software ecosystems. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, making high-stakes decisions regarding frameworks, platforms, and infrastructural patterns. Your expertise will be vital as you steer engineering teams toward scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native architectures, managing technical debt while driving modern innovation.

- Architectural Blueprinting: Define and maintain the overarching architectural vision, designing blueprints for scalable, distributed, and highly available systems.
- Technical Governance: Establish technical standards, coding guidelines, and architectural guardrails, ensuring compliance across multiple engineering squads.
- Technology Evaluation: Lead the evaluation, prototyping, and selection of modern tools, platforms, and frameworks (such as choosing between monolithic vs. microservices, or specific database technologies).
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Product Managers, Security Officers, and Engineering Leads to translate complex business strategies into viable, future-proof technical roadmaps.
- Risk & Performance Management: Conduct architectural reviews and root cause analyses on system bottlenecks to optimize for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Mentorship & Advocacy: Champion engineering excellence by mentoring Tech Leads and Senior Developers, fostering a proactive and autonomous engineering culture.

Qualifications:

- Architectural Mastery: Deep knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, microservices architecture, Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on expertise architecting cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including serverless computing, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Data Architecture: Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra), knowing when to apply each model.
- Security & Compliance: Proven track record of designing secure systems, factoring in identity management (OAuth/OIDC), data encryption, and network security layers.
- Language: Advanced English proficiency (fluent verbal and written communication).

Nice-to-have Skills:
- DevOps Mastery: Advanced experience with CI/CD automation, service meshes (e.g., Istio), and system observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, ELK stack).
- Legacy Decoupling: Proven experience applying patterns (like the Strangler Fig pattern) to systematically migrate legacy monoliths to modern architectures.
- AI/Data Streaming: Familiarity with heavy data streaming tools (Kafka, RabbitMQ) or high-scale AI infrastructure pipelines.
