The Manager – Internal Talent Acquisition leads strategic recruiting efforts across the assigned regions, ensuring the successful delivery of hiring initiatives, including new account launches. This role is responsible for managing team performance, optimizing recruitment strategies, and partnering with business and talent management leaders to align talent acquisition with organizational goals. Through data-driven decision-making and strong stakeholder engagement, the Manager – Internal Talent Acquisition drives efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes globally.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the full-cycle talent acquisition strategy, overseeing sourcing, talent mapping, employer branding, candidate experience, and recruiting operations across assigned region.
- Lead a high-performing recruitment team, focusing on talent planning, hiring strategy, and long-term workforce mobility aligned to business goals.
- Design and implement scalable recruitment strategies that attract top-tier, diverse talent across functions and geographies.
- Leverage labor market intelligence, hiring trend data, and competitive benchmarking to inform and evolve recruiting strategies.
- Partner with marketing and brand teams to develop and execute compelling recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Promote employer brand initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice through events, content, and outreach strategies.
- Lead efforts to enhance passive candidate engagement and build robust talent communities.
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of recruiters with a strong emphasis on consultative recruiting and developing strategic hiring partnerships with internal stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of excellence through ongoing performance management, mentorship, and career development planning.
- Establish regular communications with the recruitment team, such as 1-1 meetings, team meetings with established agendas or other regular touch points.
- Inspire the team through purpose-driven leadership, inclusive team culture, and clear communication of vision and priorities.
- Drive the team to develop comprehensive, strategic hiring strategies including passive candidate outreach, recruitment marketing plans and utilization of cutting-edge recruitment technologies.
- Manage innovative programs, events and campaigns to build candidate pipeline and drive recruiting strategy to meeting hiring goals.
- Ensure that internal talent acquisition SLAs are consistently met, and gaps are addressed in a timely manner.
- Showcase a high level of sense of urgency, and business acumen to support organizational objectives.
- Partner with internal Cielo teams and account leaders to ensure successful implementation of new clients.
Supervisory Responsibilitie:
The Manager – Internal Talent Acquisition has direct reports which may include Recruiters, Sourcers, and Talent Acquisition Coordinators, providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional growth.
Position Requirements
Education:
- High School Diploma is required. Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration is strongly preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in talent acquisition or human resources, with a proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. Prior leadership experience required
- Demonstrated success leading a corporate talent acquisition function, either in-house or within a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model, with oversight of strategic hiring initiatives and team leadership.
- Hands-on experience with modern recruitment technologies and talent marketing platforms, including ATS, CRM, AI-enabled sourcing tools, and employer branding solutions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior business leaders, hiring managers, and talent management partners.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions, optimize processes, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience leading or contributing to DEI hiring strategies and employer branding initiatives is a strong plus.
Exposure:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with using and implementing AI based recruitment tools is a strong advantage
