About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Global People SSC Operations Support to join our People Operations Team. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert (SME) and trusted advisor for global People SSC processes, driving continuous improvement across regions. You will lead key initiatives, collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure adherence to global standards while consistently meeting KPIs and SLAs. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is passionate about operational excellence, collaboration, and mentoring others. You will also serve as a point of leadership and decision-making support for the team when the manager is unavailable.
What youβll do
- Act as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for People SSC processes, programs, and policies, providing guidance and problem-solving support to the team and stakeholders.
- Lead and execute regional and global projects focused on process optimization, efficiency gains, and delivering a world-class employee experience.
- Design, document, and implement scalable business processes that align with global standards and evolving business needs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (HR, HRIS, Payroll, IT, and business leaders) to ensure processes are compliant, efficient, and fit for purpose.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs and SLAs; proactively identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Regularly audit data for accuracy and completeness, investigate discrepancies, and drive corrective actions. Monitor HR compliance and support audit and control activities related to SSC-managed processes
- Lead onboarding and training for new hires, and cross-train team members to ensure strong backup coverage and operational resilience.
- Manage and contribute to ad-hoc initiatives and continuous improvement projects as required.
- Provide Tier 1 support for Jira tickets related to People Operations; troubleshoot issues and liaise with IT or vendors for escalations.
What weβre looking for
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Global Support or related position.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other data analysis and reporting functions.
- Hands-on experience with systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, SAP, Zendesk, PeopleSoft, and Workday; experience with Greenhouse is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Proven experience managing global, multi-region processes within a shared services or People Operations environment.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor team members, act as a trusted advisor, and provide coverage in the managerβs absence.
