As the Manager of Customer Engineering, you will lead, inspire, and grow a team of high-performing, quota-carrying Customer Engineers who serve as trusted technical advisors across the entire customer lifecycle. In this role, you will partner closely with Regional Sales Leadership to execute on our technical go-to-market strategy, drive platform adoption, and ensure your team consistently delivers measurable business outcomes for enterprise clients. We are looking for an empathetic, commercially-minded engineering leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about leveraging modern AI-augmented workflows to scale team impact.
This role offers a competitive base salary along with a variable compensation plan tied directly to regional team performance, revenue acquisition, and portfolio growth targets. Final compensation packages are determined by location, level, and candidate experience.
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location. This role is eligible to earn incentive compensation under Cloudflare’s Sales Compensation Plan. The estimated annual salary range includes the on-target incentive compensation that may be attained in this role under the Sales Compensation Plan.
Equity
This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare’s equity plan.
