About The Role:
- Frontline hero for InfinitePay: guide customers from quick questions to complex issues.
- Own outcomes end-to-end: diagnose, resolve, and follow through.
- Turn friction into delight and long-term loyalty.
What You'll Do:
- Support customers across chat, email, and phone with fast, precise responses.
- Troubleshoot deeply; identify root causes and ship fixes/workarounds.
- Retain customers with creative, practical solutions.
- Close the loop: follow-ups and callbacks until 100% resolve
Nice To Have:
- Familiarity with programming languages, particularly Ruby || Python
- Passion for technology, especially tools like ChatGPT, and how they can transform customer experiences.

- This role is full-time and fully remote.
