Code.org is an education innovation nonprofit dedicated to the vision that every student in every school has the opportunity to learn about artificial intelligence (AI) and computer science (CS) as part of their core K-12 education. The Revenue Account Executive will identify, cultivate, and close new funding partnerships with individuals, foundations, and corporations in support of Code.org’s mission to expand access to computer science education. This role will focus on driving new donor acquisition and converting high-potential prospects into long-term supporters. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship-builder with a background in Philanthropy and Development who has proven experience finding, pitching, and building a new portfolio of sophisticated funders, and a passion for Computer Science, AI and educational equity. This position is critical to growing Code.org’s revenue base and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our programs.

The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000. Most offers are on the lower end of the salary range and are at the company’s sole discretion based on the final candidate’s experience. This allows us to provide a fair and equitable approach to compensation when setting pay and maintaining internal pay equity. This role is eligible for performance-based incentive bonuses.
