What does a Senior Manager, Marketing Campaigns at CoderPad do?
Own the campaigns that drive the quarter. You'll develop the narrative and creative direction that our demand gen and events programs get built around, so every campaign has a real story behind it instead of generic messaging. Manage, share, align everyone to the campaign calendar that drives content themes for all channels.
Write and build the assets that differentiate us. Take CoderPad's positioning and turn it into thought leadership, campaign content, educational assets and bottom of funnel offers that customers and prospects actually want to consume, you're hands-on in the writing and building, not just setting direction for someone else to execute.
Run our awareness channels. Organic social, podcasts, PR, and influencer/partnership content are yours to build and grow, with the goal of expanding how many of the right people know who CoderPad is, how many accounts are warm, and prepping audiences for demand.
Set the brand bar everyone else builds from. Tone, voice, and visual consistency across every asset the company puts out — you're the reference point when someone asks "does this sound like us?"
Partner closely with Demand Generation, Events, and Product Marketing. You won't run their channels, but your work is the raw material theirs runs on, from thought leadership to compelling bottom of funnel offers that really convert, and for sales enablement content specifically, you're a partner and reviewer alongside Product Marketing to make sure it holds together with everything else CoderPad is saying.
As the global leader in the technical interview space (4,000+ customers in 165+ countries) it is our goal as a Marketing team to drive awareness and demand for our technical hiring platform and support our GTM teams.
This role reports to VP, Marketing.
This role is located in North America and works on eastern time.
You're consistently shipping full-funnel campaigns, at minimum 3 per quarter, not fragmented one-off assets
Every campaign is built to be trackable from the start, so performance can actually be attributed rather than assumed
Testing and optimization are a habit, not an afterthought — you revisit what shipped and adjust based on what you find
CoderPad has a consistent, recognizable point of view in a crowded technical hiring category
Content output is a genuine asset for Demand Gen, Events, and Sales — not a bottleneck
Brand awareness and share of voice improve against competitors
You've built a content engine that doesn't depend on last-minute scrambles for every campaign
5-8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing
A track record of building successful, full-funnel campaigns
Sharp, plain writing instincts - you can spot corporate or AI-sounding copy and fix it
A strong point of view on what's good - you can look at two competent pieces of content and say which one actually works, and why
Experience operating as a senior individual contributor
Backbone paired with coachability - you push back when you think Demand Gen (or your manager) has it wrong, but you take direct feedback without getting defensive and move fast on it
Comfort owning measurement of messages and formats, you care, and know, which narrative, headline, or format is actually landing and what you need to adjust.
