We’re looking for a strategic and hands on Product Owner, Marketing Technology to help shape the future of our marketing technology ecosystem across a diverse portfolio of brands.
This role will lead a major transformation centered around Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud, creating a more connected approach to customer acquisition, engagement, personalization, lifecycle marketing, and revenue growth.
You will own the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and business outcomes for our marketing technology capabilities while partnering closely with Marketing, Engineering, Data, Sales, and business leaders. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, influence across multiple teams, and still roll up their sleeves to translate ideas into requirements, user stories, priorities, and measurable results.

What You’ll Do
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for our marketing technology ecosystem, creating scalable capabilities that can support multiple brands and business models
- Lead the continued transformation and expansion of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud, including platform migrations, integrations, enhancements, governance, and long-term product health
- Partner with Marketing, Engineering, Data, Sales, CRM, and business leaders to improve customer journeys across acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, upsell, and cross sell
- Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, prioritized backlogs, and delivery plans while owning product decisions throughout the development lifecycle
- Identify opportunities to improve segmentation, personalization, campaign orchestration, lifecycle marketing, lead management, and customer decisioning through data, AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation
- Establish KPIs and success measures tied to customer engagement, conversion, revenue, deliverability, platform adoption, and business value while continuously using data and experimentation to improve outcomes
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated experience across both marketing and product management or product ownership, ideally within Marketing Technology, CRM, marketing automation, customer engagement, or digital platforms
- Experience personally owning a product strategy, roadmap, backlog, prioritization process, and delivery lifecycle in an Agile or Scrum environment
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, personalization, acquisition, retention, conversion, and campaign orchestration
- Experience translating complex business and marketing needs into product requirements and technical user stories and partnering closely with Engineering and Data teams through execution
- Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills, with experience creating alignment across Marketing, Technology, Data, Sales, and business leaders with competing priorities
- A hands-on, collaborative leadership style with strong analytical skills, comfort using data to guide decisions, and the ability to operate effectively in an evolving transformation environment
Tools and Platforms You May Use
Experience with every platform or capability below is not required. We are most interested in your ability to own Marketing Technology as a product, create alignment around a roadmap, and connect platform investments to meaningful customer and business outcomes.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement
- Salesforce Data Cloud or another customer data platform
- Salesforce CRM, Oracle Eloqua, or other enterprise marketing automation platforms
- Customer data platforms, data warehouses, CRM integrations, and lead-management technologies
- Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile product and backlog-management tools
- AI, Generative AI, predictive analytics, personalization, decisioning, and intelligent automation tools
