What You'll Do:
- Partner with Human Resources Business Partners to support the business on compensation-related matters, including offers, promotions, leveling, and pay decisions
- Provide guidance to HR and business leaders on compensation-related inquiries and scenarios
- Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations using multiple salary survey sources
- Analyze compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
- Support annual compensation processes including merit planning, bonus, and equity grant cycles
- Audit and validate compensation data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
- Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to inform leadership decision-making
- Build and maintain complex compensation models in Excel to support business decisions
- Own and execute salary survey submissions, data validation, and results analysis
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field
- 2–5+ years of relevant compensation, HR analytics, or consulting experience
- Self-starter mentality — able to work independently, take initiative, and navigate ambiguity
- Proven ability to problem-solve and “figure things out” when answers are not immediately clear
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF/THEN logic
- Complex, nested formulas and data manipulation
- Strong ability to work with and analyze large, complex datasets
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce) preferred
- Demonstrated experience conducting market benchmarking and job matching
- Hands-on experience with salary surveys, preferably including Radford
