CreatorIQ is looking for a Customer Enablement Specialist to deliver high-impact customer training and customized enablement for current customers. This is an individual contributor role focused on executing scaled customer training and self-service customer onboarding.
Customer Enablement Specialists are platform experts who deliver live training,, and ensure customers have dedicated, use-case-driven education resources that support adoption between training sessions.

In this role, you’ll get to:
Deliver Scaled Customer Training (1:Many)
• Deliver live and virtual trainings covering platform fundamentals, features, and best practices.
• Support global webinar programs, office hours, and recurring training cadences.
• Use standardized curriculum and materials to ensure consistent delivery quality.
• Adapt sessions to different customer audiences and experience levels.
• Collect and share training feedback to inform curriculum improvements.
Support Curriculum & LMS Execution
• Deliver training using defined curriculum and learning paths.
• Use the LMS for enrollments, session logistics, and engagement tracking.
• Identify content gaps and escalate needs to Product Education.
Act as a Platform & Enablement Expert
• Maintain deep expertise in the CreatorIQ platform.
• Stay current on new features and releases.
• Provide enablement insights to Product, CS, and Support teams.
As time progresses and role matures, additional responsibilities may include:
Deliver SAG Recurring Enablement Services
• Assist in delivering customized training sessions aligned to SAG customer workflows and goals.
• Partner with the Senior Customer Enablement Specialist on scheduling and prioritization.
• Build trusted relationships with SAG stakeholders through polished delivery.
Execute Customized Help Centers & Customer Playbooks
• Build and maintain customer-specific Help Centers for SAG customers.
• Translate standard product documentation into use-case-specific guidance.
• Customize articles using customer workflows, configurations, and screenshots.
• Ensure customers have a centralized, tailored education hub.
• Maintain Help Center content as product features or workflows change.
Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:
• 1+ years experience in customer enablement, training, implementation, or CS in SaaS.
• Proven experience delivering live customer training.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Comfort balancing standardized and customized enablement.
• Highly organized and execution-focused.
Nice to have:
• Familiarity with LMS and knowledge base platforms.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers.
