GTM Operations Manager, CRM & Systems

At CreatorIQ, our go-to-market teams move fast — and the systems behind them need to keep pace. As the GTM Operations Manager leading our CRM & Systems team, you will own the technology backbone of our revenue organization and the team that builds and maintains it. Reporting into GTM Operations leadership, you will set the roadmap for Salesforce and our broader GTM systems stack, manage and develop a team of administrators, engineers, and analysts, and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to translate complex business needs into a scalable systems strategy. You will balance hands-on technical judgment with people leadership — coaching your team, prioritizing the work that matters most, and protecting the data integrity and system reliability our leadership depends on to make confident decisions. If you are an operations leader who loves building high-performing teams, solving systems problems at scale, and driving go-to-market strategy through technology, this is your role.

Location: Campinas or São Paulo, Brazil

In this role, you’ll get to:

• Lead and develop the CRM & Systems team: Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Salesforce and HubSpot administrators, automation engineers, and operations analysts. Set clear goals and priorities, run an effective intake and delivery process, coach for technical and professional growth, and build a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Own the GTM systems roadmap and strategy: Define and drive the roadmap across Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack — including CPQ, HubSpot, Clay, Gong, 6sense. Partner with GTM leadership to align systems investments with business priorities, balance strategic initiatives against day-to-day operational needs, and ensure the platform scales as the company grows.

• Ensure system reliability, governance, and data integrity: Establish and enforce standards for security, access, release management, and data quality across the CRM and connected systems. Protect the single source of truth that Sales, CS, Finance, and leadership rely on, and put guardrails in place so the organization can move fast without breaking things.

• Partner across the business to translate needs into solutions: Serve as the bridge between GTM stakeholders and the systems team — gathering requirements, scoping solutions, managing expectations, and communicating trade-offs. Drive cross-functional projects from concept through rollout, and keep stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and Legal aligned and supported.

• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement: Identify automation and AI opportunities to eliminate manual work and increase team leverage. Establish metrics and reporting on team throughput and system health, lead vendor and tool evaluations, and continuously raise the bar on how the GTM organization operates.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

• Fluent in English (written and verbal): You communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners, and can translate complex operational details into simple, actionable language.

• 5+ years in GTM or Revenue Operations, including 2+ years managing people or teams: You have led operations or systems teams in a SaaS environment, with a track record of developing talent and delivering results. Experience managing Salesforce administrators or technical operations staff is strongly preferred.

• Deep expertise in Salesforce and the GTM tech stack: You have hands-on experience administering and architecting Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ, and you know how the surrounding stack connects to power the full revenue motion — including HubSpot, Clay, Gong, 6sense, Tableau, and Snowflake. You can guide technical decisions and pressure-test solutions even when you are not the one building them. One or more active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder) are mandatory.

• Strong operational and project leadership: You can manage a portfolio of projects and competing priorities, run a disciplined intake and delivery process, and keep multiple stakeholders aligned. You know how to balance speed with governance and make pragmatic trade-offs under real deadlines.

• A strategic thinker who stays close to the details: You can set a roadmap and articulate the "why" for leadership, while remaining credible and hands-on enough to unblock your team, pressure-test solutions, and protect quality. You thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment where priorities shift.

• A trusted leader and cross-functional collaborator: You build trust across Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and Legal, communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, and lead through influence as much as authority. You care deeply about developing people and creating an environment where your team does its best work.
