About the role:
As a Strategic Solutions Engineering Manager at Cresta, you will lead a team of high-performing Solutions Engineers supporting complex sales cycles within our Strategic West segment. You’ll partner closely with Strategic sales leadership to align SE coverage with pipeline priorities, coach your team through technical discovery and solution design, and ensure executional excellence across demos, POCs, and technical validation.
In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Enablement to elevate the SE team’s impact and drive continuous improvement in how we position and deliver Cresta’s platform. You’ll also support key strategic deals directly, providing hands-on technical leadership, influencing the solution design, and helping shape the business case alongside Strategic Account Executives.

Compensation at Cresta
Cresta’s approach to compensation is simple: recognize impact, reward excellence, and invest in our people. We offer competitive, location-based pay that reflects the market and what each individual brings to the table.
The posted base salary range represents what we expect to pay for this role in a given location. Final offers are shaped by factors like experience, skills, education, and geography. In addition to base pay, total compensation includes equity and a comprehensive benefits package for you and your family.
This role is variable target compensation eligible. There is potential to exceed target earnings when goals are surpassed.
Base Salary Range: $225,000 – $245,000 + variable & Offers Equity
