Head of Design

CYBRET AI is building the next generation of autonomous cybersecurity systems. We are an AI-native security company designing platforms that reason, prioritize, and act at machine speed. Our mission is to redefine how security teams operate by replacing fragmented tools with intelligent, cohesive systems.

We are now looking for a Head of Design to own and shape the design direction of CYBRET AI across product, brand, and user experience.

This is a founding-level role with real ownership, influence, and long-term impact.

The Role

As Head of Design, you will define and execute the design vision of CYBRET AI. You will work closely with the CEO, product, engineering, and research to build a product that is not only powerful, but intuitive, elegant, and trusted.

You will operate both strategically and hands-on, setting direction while actively designing core experiences.

Responsibilities

Product & UX
Own the end-to-end design of CYBRET’s platform, from core workflows and dashboards to advanced security and AI-driven interfaces
Design complex, data-dense security experiences that remain clear, calm, and actionable
Translate abstract AI and security concepts into understandable and usable product flows
Continuously improve usability, clarity, and decision-making support for security teams

Design Systems & Quality
Build and maintain a scalable design system that supports speed, consistency, and quality
Set high standards for interaction design, visual design, and accessibility
Ensure design quality across all surfaces, including web, dashboards, internal tools, and future products

Brand & Identity
Own and evolve CYBRET AI’s visual identity in close collaboration with leadership
Ensure strong alignment between brand, product, and communication
Help position CYBRET as a serious, trusted, and modern security company

Leadership & Collaboration
Act as the design authority across the company
Collaborate deeply with engineers, product, and researchers
Mentor future designers as the team grows

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience as a senior product designer or design lead, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or technical products
Proven ability to design complex systems and workflows, not just marketing surfaces
Strong product thinking and an understanding of how design drives clarity, trust, and adoption
High attention to detail and strong visual judgment
Ability to work independently and take ownership in an early-stage company
Comfortable working closely with engineering and understanding technical constraints
Experience with security, developer tools, data platforms, or AI products is a strong plus
