ExtraCash is the anchor of our value proposition—and we’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to help shape what comes next.
This role sits at the center of Dave’s core product. You’ll own meaningful parts of the ExtraCash roadmap, turning member pain points and performance data into features that scale. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Growth, Credit, and Legal to improve access, performance, and trust.

Lead new ExtraCash features from discovery through launch and iteration, balancing member impact, risk, and economics
Shape the roadmap in partnership with PMs across Growth, Underwriting, and Settlement
Improve core metrics like conversion, engagement, monetization, and lifetime value
Translate product strategy into clear, prioritized backlogs that engineering teams can execute quickly and well
Be the primary product partner for your squad, aligning engineering, design, research, and other key stakeholders
Use qualitative research and quantitative data to surface the highest-impact opportunities
Act as a thought leader to explore how new features can unlock smarter, more innovative credit solutions.
The impact
ExtraCash is central to Dave’s success and a financial safety net for millions of members living paycheck to paycheck. In this role, you’ll help run one of our most important products, making decisions that directly affect member access, company performance, and how we grow next.
Experience
5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in fintech, lending, cards, or related consumer financial products
Proven track record of improving growth, conversion, and retention in consumer products
Proven ability to manage a complex product surface area with many stakeholders, using strong product judgment to balance user experience, risk, and business outcomes.
Experience working closely with senior leaders to propose, refine, and ship new initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using data to inform decisions (SQL and/or tools like Looker, Mode, Tableau, or similar).
Bonus
Experience with cash advance, credit, or lending products
Familiarity with consumer credit regulations
