Head of Quick Commerce Growth Strategy

Quick commerce (QC) is a core growth pillar for Pandora, and user experience is central to unlocking its full potential. As a Head, QC Growth Stategy, you will own the economic engine behind QC user growth across multiple markets, with a clear focus on QC MAU Penetration and Trials, while safeguarding cost integrity.
In this role, you will define and own the overall QC Growth engine, incentive strategies, set scalable standards, and work closely with regional and local stakeholders to unlock growth without compromising unit economics. You will operate as a strategic owner - tracking performance, diagnosing issues, and driving cross-functional solutions that balance growth ambition with financial discipline.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys running the business, challenging assumptions, and influencing senior stakeholders with clear, data-backed thinking.
Responsibilities:
Growing the Quick Commerce (QC) monthly active user base by developing and executing growth strategies, based on market needs
Designing Growth strategy, key initiatives and roadmap
Driving implementation of Growth strategy partly through your own team, partly through influencing internal stakeholders (Regionally: Product, Tech, Commercial, Operations, Other marketing teams; locally: marketing and commercial teams)
Rallying organisation behind a growth vision for the Quick Commerce business
Owning QC Growth performance reporting towards Delivery Hero group management and towards Pandora Business Unit management across markets, notably producing clear, decision-ready performance reporting and insights for senior leadership
Owning allocation of marketing budget for Quick Commerce Vertical, especially optimising allocation of incentives spend
> 8 Years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in fast-moving tech-enabled B2C businesses (or strategy/ management consulting) and at least 5 years in grocery retail
Experience working with teams across time zones and continents, especially Europe, Turkey, North Asia and South East Asia
Strong analytical foundation with comfort working on P&L, ROI, and economic trade-offs; Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; SQL is a plus
Experience collaborating closely with tech and product teams as well as influencing product roadmaps
Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions
Strong prioritization skills and bias toward action, and ROI-first mindset
Clear, structured communicator with strong business judgment, comfortable with ambiguity
Masterβs degree with strong academic performance; from a global leading educational institution
