Your mission
- Coordinating the daily operations of a ~ 8-person sales team (Sales Executives and Managers) in close cooperation with the Head of Sales, supporting them in achieving their targets
- Onboarding, continuous professional support, and coaching of new and existing team members
- Actively contributing to sales targets by building and managing your own portfolio
- Handling quality assurance requests and resolving issues arising during the onboarding process
- Participating in ongoing and upcoming sales projects
- Supporting recruitment and selection processes, taking part in hiring new colleagues
- Supporting operational planning, including geographic coverage, partner prioritization, defining and allocating quarterly strategic goals, and shaping performance evaluation processes
- Collaborating closely with other departments (Account Management, Finance, Marketing, Logistics) to achieve long-term business goals such as opening new zones or expanding service coverage

- Category B driving license – part of the role involves field work
- A university degree is not required; experience and mindset matter most to us
- At least 5 years of sales experience and minimum 2 years of leadership experience
