YOUR MISSION

Q-Commerce is the second biggest category inside Glovo. We are currently building a strong team to re-invent how consumers buy their groceries and any other product in their city, making it more convenient and easy than ever.

Be a key role in developing the Q-Commerce Specialties Vertical in Poland. Specialties are grocery stores that focus on selling a specific category or type of grocery item. Unlike a general supermarket that stocks a wide range of food and household products, a specialty store focuses on a particular niche such as bakery & pastry, wellness, ice cream, fishery, butchery or gourmet.

THE JOURNEY

• Seal partnerships with the best accounts - reach out to Partners, negotiate and sign the deal, always aligned with the company goals.

• Keep your pipeline updated on a daily basis.

• As owner of Glovo’s revenue, make sure that all deals follow the required profitability.

• Develop and manage partner relationships for all the accounts in your portfolio, ensure a fast and smooth onboarding.

• Own partner relationships end to end, including understanding P&L tracking, managing deep product integrations, leading co-marketing efforts to drive awareness and activation, and ensure operational excellence.

• Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvement. Be the main POC between Glovo different areas and the Partner.

• Guarantee partners’ content quality. Own partner’s assortment and pricing.

• Support Partner Business Lead in day to day operations.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for business growth.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• 2 to 3 years of relevant hands-on sales experience, key contacts in the industry are a plus.

• You have a mindset of a hunter, who always reaches the right decision maker.

• Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales targets in previous roles, showcasing tangible achievements and results. Ambition to overachieve targets is a must.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

• Ability to adapt selling techniques to different client personalities and organizational structures, demonstrating a flexible and dynamic approach.

• You are a methodological fast learner who is familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce - nice to have).

• Get things done attitude, proactive, organized, and obsessed with details.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.

• A high level of interpersonal and influencing skills, an empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude.

• Comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance start-up environment.

• Polish proficiency and a very good command of English are a must.
