We are on the lookout for a (Senior) Manager, International Markets, to join our International Markets team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
Be part of the team that shapes Delivery Hero’s strategy across our markets worldwide. In the International Markets Team, you’ll contribute to high-impact projects that drive value, support profitability, and unlock growth opportunities on a global scale. Working closely with regional and central leadership, your work will directly influence how we prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and execute strategies that keep us ahead.
Within the International Markets team at Delivery Hero, we:
Drive Delivery Hero strategy and cascade it to our 70+ markets while ensuring local insights and priorities are taken onboard into the global strategy
Support P&L and portfolio management actions, both at global and regional levels, and ensure alignment between strategy and P&L
Prioritize and execute value creation and performance improvement initiatives supporting our regional / local teams with a consultative yet hands-on approach
Are the key point of contact between the headquarters and our regional and local management entities
In this role, you will:
Work alongside our C-level and extended global management team at our corporate HQs in Berlin to define strategy and ensure quality of execution at global as well as regional level
Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of seniority at the corporate HQ, within the regional team, and in local markets on initiatives to improve operational and financial performance
Take ownership to source and distribute best practices where needed from Delivery Hero’s operations across 70+ countries, and drive their implementation
Translate data into meaningful insights, package and present recommendations on critical topics to key decision-makers at Delivery Hero
You have gained at least 6 years of professional experience (excluding internships and traineeships) in management consulting, investment banking, and/or a business development/strategy function in a fast-paced tech company. At least 2 years of this experience must have been at a top-tier global management consulting firm
You have a high degree of comfort modelling out complex business and financial scenarios and leveraging data as well as situational judgment to make recommendations and decisions
You have excellent communication skills (our business language is primarily English) and have a clear track record of working with and influencing, C-level executives
You are able to build collaborative and trusting relationships with stakeholders across all seniority levels, coming from culturally and functionally diverse backgrounds
You bring ownership mentality and readiness to roll up your sleeves and be hands-on to get things done
Nice to have:

Technical skills, especially in SQL
